Technology gave birth to one of its own children. Well, a very inspiration man and popular for Facebook. Also a popular figure on Instagram which Facebook owns as well.

Talk about Electric cars and Space and see whether you may survive without this guy's name. He has taken the world by storm. Many planning to take that trip to Mars very soon. He is also CEO Tesla Motors.

Not much can be said about him but at least you all should know that he is a tech evangelist and a blogger.

Why would tech improve without women? Here is one woman who makes it better through tweeting about women in tech, politics and current affairs.

He once worked for Apple back in the day. He is now a tech evangelist for Canva, a graphical design program.

7) Marques Brownlee
If you love tech and are a frequent YouTube user, this name comes in automatically. He owns a channel on YouTube dedicated to tech.

Creator of the term "Open Source". He talks tech on his platform.

Ruby on Rails , CTO of Basecamp, a project management software company. Hardly had you known him.

Founder of Y Combinator . This company changed the way startup's got funding for the better.

New Tech Opportunities in Africa

Information and communication technologies (ICTs) are transforming Africa. Across the continent, new startup digital enterprises are emerging, while existing small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are increasingly leveraging ICTs to expand. Intensified use of ICTs presents Africa’s SMEs with opportunities in virtually every sector as well as room to create jobs. The pace of transformation across Africa, however, is slow and one of the major barriers is poor ICT infrastructure. A number of countries are reaping the benefits of greater digital penetration but others are watching from the sidelines. In Kenya for example, the M-Pesa mobile money disruption has enabled many SMEs to be more efficient.
